Vi volevo segnalare i libri che ho acquistato stamattina su Amazon (in inglese), potete anche vedere la preview di alcune pagine:

Mi sono arrivati i libri, hanno fatto prestissimo!

Mi sono buttata a capofitto su SHIRTMAKING, di David Page Coffin: consiglio a tutte quelle che si vogliono dedicare in modo piu' o meno serio alle camicie da uomo (e anche da donna) di comprarlo, e' FANTASTICO.
Svela un sacco di trucchi per confezionare in modo impeccabile una camicia, spiegandoli in modo davvero comprensibile... per esempio, fa vedere un metodo diverso dal solito per fare venire bene le punte ai colli, senza tagliare al minimo i margini di cucitura... vi mettero' la scansione con la spiegazione appena possibile, e' da provare!
Insomma... sto studiando alla grande! study

Temo proprio che non ci sia un equivalente in italiano ne' tantomeno una traduzione dello stesso... Forse la guida singer sui capi sartoriali, ma non l'ho mai vista e quindi non saprei con certezza. Il bello di questo libro e' che e' molto specifico, quindi qualsiasi dubbio possa sorgere nel fare una camicia, qui trova risposta!
